Course Description:

Successful organizations don’t just hire great leaders — they build them. Identifying and Developing New Managers is designed for leaders, HR professionals, and training teams who are responsible for recognizing leadership potential and preparing high-performing employees for managerial roles.

This interactive course explores how to spot key leadership traits, assess readiness, and provide targeted development to ensure new managers thrive. Participants will examine onboarding best practices, skill-building strategies, and coaching methods that support smooth transitions from individual contributor to effective leader.
