Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this experience provides tools that support mental clarity, productivity, and personal growth in any role or setting.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Define mindfulness and explain its benefits for focus, stress reduction, and performance.
- Recognize common barriers to mindfulness in the modern workplace.
- Practice foundational mindfulness techniques such as breath awareness and body scanning.
- Apply mindfulness to improve presence in meetings, conversations, and decision-making.
- Manage emotional responses with greater awareness and self-regulation. Integrate short, daily mindfulness habits into a busy workday.
