Course Description:

Whether you’re leading a team, proposing new ideas, or building relationships with clients and colleagues, the ability to influence and persuade is essential for workplace success. Influence and the Power of Persuasion is an engaging, in-person training that explores how to ethically shape opinions, inspire action, and build alignment without relying on authority.

Participants will learn the psychology behind decision-making, explore real-world influence models, and practice techniques to gain buy-in, communicate with impact, and confidently lead conversations. This session is ideal for professionals at any level who want to strengthen their personal presence, credibility, and communication effectiveness.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Define the key principles of influence and how they apply in professional settings.                     
  • Recognize the difference between influence, manipulation, and persuasion.                     
  • Apply persuasive techniques to gain support and cooperation from others.
