Influence and the Power of Persuasion is an engaging, in-person training that explores how to ethically shape opinions, inspire action, and build alignment without relying on authority.
Participants will learn the psychology behind decision-making, explore real-world influence models, and practice techniques to gain buy-in, communicate with impact, and confidently lead conversations.
