Sensitivity Training – Developing Positive Relationships empowers participants to navigate differences with empathy, respect, and professionalism while building stronger interpersonal connections.
This course offers a safe, supportive space to explore topics such as unconscious bias, inclusive language, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence. Participants will gain practical tools to build positive relationships, prevent misunderstandings, and contribute to a culture where everyone feels respected and valued.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
